As Local as Possible

We strive to use as locally sourced ingredients as possible in our menu and limit our carbon footprint. In the golden state of California, where the sun shines 266 days out of the year, our produce abounds! That is why we are committed to using locally acquired fruits and vegetables, ripe in their “seasons”. We work with our food vendors to ensure we are getting locally (west coast) caught seafood, that is line caught or sustainably caught or grown in a sustainable farm. Our menu will feature grass fed beef, cage free chicken and eggs, and ethically raised livestock.

This space used to be the bar of Sarducci’s. It has since been transformed into our premier coffee shop, where we offer specialty coffee drinks, made to order juices and smoothies, gourmet grab n’ go sandwiches and salads, freshly baked pastries from our Pastry Chef Yvonne Marquez in the morning that make way for small bite desserts in the afternoon and evening. The evening also provides a counter top dining experience where guests can sip a glass of wine and enjoy some cheese, charcuterie and legitimate tapas as they wait for their table to be ready. Think of a deluxe Starbucks that also offers gelato, tapas, beer and wine. The Trackside Café will offer the only breakfast option for the restaurant Tuesday through Friday. Acai bowls, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, fresh fruit parfaits, etc will be the breakfast option as a quick, casual service. The main restaurant will offer a full breakfast/brunch service on the weekends.
